Helping busy men live nourished lives without fad diets or extreme fitness programs, One Small Bite™ at a time.Meet Michael. He was killing it in his career and in line for the chief tech position in his company. The problem was that his cholesterol and blood pressure were killing him. He kept up with his clean eating and high-intensity workouts, but they didn’t seem enough. Not to mention his family life was taking a massive hit. He felt so alone and lost! Not too long ago, I too was in a difficult place; overwhelmed, low energy, and worried about my health. I was all over the place with diets and extreme fitness routines. But this left me undernourished with less energy, sleep deprived, and downright angry. Not the guy I wanted to be or fun to be around. I knew I needed a change. Clients like Michael needed something better. I realized that what guys needed was a reset of priorities. What was most important in life? Michael wanted to be a great dad, partner, and friend. And he wanted to feel connected and live a long and healthy life. With just a few simple meaningful changes, Michael had his life back. He immediately improved his energy levels and felt AWESOME. His family liked the new Michael, but more importantly, he liked himself again. This is why I focus on helping busy men learn that a happy, healthy life doesn’t involve food deprivation, extreme fitness routines, and sleepless nights. It’s about resetting priorities, making smart changes, and building important connections. Join me on the journey to a nourished life!
