A representative sample of our work would include: • Representing a coalition of IT companies before the U.S. Department of Labor seeking to reform various inappropriate practices in the labor certification process and advocating changes in the agency’s proposed “PERM” rule. • Managing an I-9 compliance audit for a Fortune 10 company that involved review and analysis of all immigration records relating to its 250,000 employees.• Assisting employers in settling civil and criminal investigations into certain immigration-related employment practices. • Leading the immigration auditing team in two of the largest immigration compliance actions to date.• Representing numerous companies in immigration visa and compliance matters.
