Responsibilities included compliance with company standards and industry Best Practices to ensure consistent delivery of quality services. Special reporting requirements per client request to include Trending Analysis and overall client program recommendations. Direct responsibility for budgetary requirements, Quality Assurance program and training needs. Successful reduction of customer contact to two days, exceeded 100% closing ratio and maintained audit scores of 90%. In addition customer satisfaction survey results improved to 85%

During this time period I was dedicated to large municipal accounts and duties encompassed overall responsibility for operations and program management. We implemented/acquired a large municipal account with revenues of $9.5million annually. Duties included hiring, training staff of 60 plus colleagues in three jurisdictions ( Md, Pa and DC). Realized significant reductions in tail or takeover claim counts, subrogation recoveries for one client reached $1 million, exceeded the state of Maryland’s 7% state average by successfully defending questionable claims, enhanced fraud detection protocols. Worked directly with client Risk Managers to significantly reduce their cost of risk as impacted by salary continuation, loss frequency, prescription, litigation issues. Developed non-standard reports/presentations as needed. I then transitioned to another large municipal account and with staff successfully reduced overall costs by 73% and reduced bill turn around time to 3.9 days. Significant reductions in average paid claims and overall claim volume were made. Client audit scores improved to 90% and subrogation recoveries were realized
