I’m an operations professional looking to join an innovative executive team. My strengths include using my organizational and team leadership skills to create and scale operations by implementing the mission, vision and values into plans, practices, processes and policies. I’ve recently functioned as the VP of Operations for a start-up through their Series B funding round, including creating an industry-leading new business unit and managing multiple departments achieving cross-functional success at all levels. My personal pursuits include rarely playing but always watching tennis, coaching the most recreational of softball teams, botany, the culinary arts and running a yearly festival for women.
