At the beginning of my career I met with a lot of problems, which have resulted long discussions with my customers. So I tied to learn everything about customers- what their needs are, how to communicate with them, how to solve their problems, how to create win-win situations.As a project manager I have to know about the business environment, different knowledge areas, process groups, processes, tools and techniques, how to create work breakdown structures, a project budget, earned value assessments and critical path diagrams, however, these skills alone will not keep a project team motivated and engaged.My specialities include soft skills, they help me build positive relationships with the project team and other stakeholders, I am able to communicate well, build trust and resolve conflicts.
