• Producing weekly and monthly Management Information reports for the senior unit managers.• Producing monthly dashboards on a portfolio of security contracts for the contract management community. • Interpreting and consolidating data to create clear MI reports which flag recommendations and enable considered business decision to be made• Recognizing trends and suggesting opportunities to drive improvements in unit performance

Handling warranty related customer claims, coordinating operational work, day-to-day correspondence with foreign partners, administration and filing of financial documents (credit/debit notes), monitoring incoming shipments for discrepancies, preparing weekly MI reports.
