Supervised ready communication materials, performed competitor analysis and explored new portfolio developing options on non-core services. Carried out detailed customer base analyses of campaigns, cross-sell, up/downsell, churn, PIC and presented results to Team Leader. Actively pursued creation of novice tools such as a small business mobile app, authored education sales materials for easy argumentation and comprehension by sales staff.

Supervised marketing communication materials (print, radio, digital) of personal car and commercial vehicle fleets destined for the Hungarian, Regional (Slovak, Czech) and Central Asian markets (Kazakhstan, Tajikistan). Managed the most recent Hungarian communication campaign, such as the ‘Park in for a good cause’. Prepared, finalized and received approval from the Regional Marketing Communication Manager for new domestic market brochures for the Mustang, Mondeo and Fiesta carlines. Successfully coordinated and managed the Ford dealers' communication campaign for the award winning Mondeo Vignale.

Proactively organised education projects for hosts and clients including travel manuals, videos, FAQ. Organised the Wimdu Photo-shooting service, connected the hosts with freelancer photoshooters in various cities worldwide. Actively involved in the invoicing process of hosts and clients all over the world by issuing monthly invoices.
