From customer service associate I was promoted to the hypermarket branch within the company. My task was to administratively support the sales and regional representatives. I was also processing incoming orders from partners, and billing.

I started working for Gulliver Ltd. in 2004 as a customer service associate. My tasks were managing incoming calls and complaints, registering and answering new customers.

Partner shops: Media Markt, Saturn, DrogerieMarkt, Obi, RossmannBesides my trading assistant position and as a new task I also visited the above mentioned partner shops within Budapest. I had to visit the shops in every two weeks, check shelves and encourage new orders based on sales. Obi and Drogerie Markt had a fix assortment, however, with Media Markt and Saturn I had the opportunity to advise on article sales, extra displays and new products.
