I am responsible for innovation at the leading ticketing company in Hungary focusing on mobile and non-core services with help of innovative modular platform and cutting-edge technologies like blockchain, AI and big data. With the help of our new highly modular and comprehensive ticketing platform we are able to create not only innovative ticketing solutions but other exciting new businesses (smart city, tourism, e-Identity etc).

Innovation and business development consulting, project management, including strategy, business planning, sales and go-to-market for telcos, financial institutions, retailers, eCommerce merchants, loyalty programmes. - Introduced Powa’s m/eCommerce solutions in the CEE region (including CIS, Austria, Turkey and Balkan), focusing on building up a complex ecosystem with merchants/retailers and wallet providers (banks, telcos). - Built B2B partnerships with the biggest players in mobile payment and mobile wallet ecosystem (Telcos, retailers) in order to create a unique and value-added proposition for eCommerce/mCommerce merchants in 15 countries.- Proactively improved the product portfolio in order to meet partners' requirements.

Chairing the Mobile Wallet Association funded by Hungarian Telekom, Vodafone, Telenor, OTP Bank, MasterCard and SuperShop as the biggest players of their own industries. Drove the Association’s strategy and built cooperation and trust among the different industry players. Supported the Association by acquiring new partners. Represented the Association on events, conferences.

Created and executed Hungarian Telekom’s innovative mobile payment solutions’ strategy, implementation and introduction.- Developed and maintained Telekom’s B2B partnerships with banks, financial institutions, retailers, eCommerce merchants with end-to-end responsibility from KYB processes, contracting, partner management.- Led the mobile wallet team from the creation of the mobile wallet strategy, throughout the planning and implementation of the services till the go-to-market of the services.
