Managing a team of 7 employees that includes accounting and revenue control, as well as procurement, recruiting employees, supervising, and streamlining their functions as Chief Financial Officer at a private medical center.The core of the job is financial management which involves preparing budgets, monitoring versus executing budgets, managing cash flow, working with banks, preparing and presenting monthly reports to the board as well as preparing and presenting quarterly reports.Besides procurement and accounting for salaries and human resources, I am also responsible for implementing a computer-level operation as well as validating the organization's work procedures and work processes.As part of the job, ongoing controls are performed in order to streamline processes and save costs.The company has about 100 employees, including nurses, doctors, and an administration team.✉ Contact me at:Ortal.fai@gmail.com
