• Dealing with contracts, contract extensions, appointments to positions and permanent appointments
• Implementation of salary agreements, 2018 regulations, Tel Aviv Municipality directives, monitoring of these directives and their implementation

• Human resources in the outsourcing department
• Holding meetings with the employees of the department stationed at the clients' sites, taking care of the individual and all regarding their terms of employment.
• Holding customer satisfaction meetings, handling and examining commercial issues in front of the sales department.
• Dealing with human resources issues, welfare, salary and logistics. Organization of formation days, volunteering and department conferences.
• Handling the intake and departure of the employees in all its aspects, hearing processes, handling the required equipment, and more
• Responsibility for operational issues, hourly reports, customer charges, consideration of two-hour employees, payment to suppliers.
