The assignment involves all critical KPI: People, Safety, Quality, Delivery Cash and Cost. GKN El Cajon is one of the biggest campuses within GKN Aerospace and cover 600000sqft shop floor area, 9 buildings and 850 employees. Products range from Fan Cases, Fan ducts, Rings and Blades. Manufacturing technologies include advanced machining, EB/Plasma Welding, Extrusions, Hot and Cold Forming, Chemical milling and Complex Assemblies. Serving major OEM’s like Rolls-Royce, GE, Pratt Whitney and Boeing.

Appointed by the executive team to run the enterprise transformation project involving six sites across US, Mexico and Europe. Scope included site closures, work transfers and establish two new Centres of Excellence. Within the first year I delivered multimillion dollar recurring benefits.Organization and GovernanceEstablish and manage the PMO and the project teams. Set performance goals for the project and report progress to the executive steering committee. Ensure compliance with policies and regional/federal regulations.Communication and Stakeholder managementCollaborate with external and internal stakeholders (align, decide and communicate our strategic direction). Manage communication and information to the impacted businesses and our suppliers.Review progress and Financial performancePrepare and allocate budgets.
