-Responsible for raising and retaining assets in FC San Francisco and Cincinnati/Indianapolis/Dayton territories by providing financial consultation to advisors, in coordination with North American Client Group(NACG)- Partners with the Wealth Management Consultant to ensure strategic territory coverage- Leads and develops a strategy for advisors; establishes virtual meetings to grow the business; develops custom approaches based on advisor and investor goals, preferences, and identified opportunities to retain and grow assets.- Cultivates and acquires new business relationships within the territory.- Exhibits a deep knowledge of investments and investment concepts (e.g. portfolio construction) while tailoring the discussion to the advisor using the appropriate tools and resources to build credibility and effectively position Capital Group investments/solutions in the advisor's line-up.
