I would visit a particular site of interest and gather various information regarding, traffic and pedestrian flow rates, access points, feasibility. Recording of sites via photography and video. Sometimes data collection would involve me walking suggested routes and sites for analysis and presentation.

Responsibilities would include some administration tasks, setting up design and studio spaces typically for exhibitions. Some design work for lecturers personal exhibitions. (Promotional)

Day to day work would involve setting up the kitchen and pub for service. This would include such tasks as vacuuming, clearing tables, cleaning, food preparation, waiting on tables, working behind the bar, talking to customers and making them feel welcome and informed about what we would offer at specific times. Getting involved with social events such as band nights, quizzes and barbecues. All good fun general pub work.
