This community started at the second event of Open Labs The community organised a serie of a workshops inside and abroad Albania (Athens, Crete, Prishtina, Berlin to name a few) to teach people the power of open source hardware.Another contribution from me and our local community is the localization and translation of the Arduino IDE user interface in the Albanian language. We started to localize it with a few people and the progress was amazing since everything was ready in a couple of days. We finished the translations 2 weeks before Arduino User Day, the first one in Albania and part of the global initiative. Since then and OSCAL ( the first Open Source Conference in Albania, www.oscal.openlabs.cc ) our community is growing bigger and bigger. During the first day of OSCAL I presented and shared my know-how with the community showing to everyone how Arduino works, why it is so amazing and how someone can become part of the community. In addition I also set up an Arduino info booth, in order to promote open source hardware even more.The launch of the Arduino Albania website entirely in Albanian followed the conference with 5 active contributors so far. You can visit it under www.arduino.openlabs.ccFinally we had a Arduino Cafe, an unofficial meeting with Arduino fans in Albania where we discussed about the community and the experiments we should start in the following weeks.My goal is to keep moving forward and sharing knowledge to grow Albanian Community of Arduino

On 22 August I had the opportunity to be one of 20 beta testers (in the world ) of the new board devoloped by Arduino. I am very pleased that I have the honor to be among 20 people, who are working on this new board.
