In the past seven years, I've had extensive experience in developing cell based and biochemical assays for high throughput screening (both 384 well and 1536 well formats). This includes data analysis of large quantities, using software such as Spotfire and Graph Prism, followed by uploading into our database for access by designated groups. Most recently, I've developed and validated a new technology in the HTS (high throughput screening) platform that will save an immense amount of time and money in the hybridoma screening field. I've also invented/designed a device for cell migration. I validated this device with consistent reproducibility and it is currently being used as a screening platform for cell migration assays. I've also been working a great deal on cell based assays using flow cytometry.
