•Plant inspection of; Atmospheric Crude Distillation, Vacuum Distillation, Isomerization, Naphtha Hydrotreater, Diesel/Kerosene Desulphuriser, Amine Gas Treating and Utility (Electricity and Steam Generation and Cooling Water System) Plants. • Application of non-destructive testing methods (PT, RT, UT, MT, TOFD, EC) during shutdowns or on stream, or organizing related outsourcing issues. • Preparation of manufacturing specifications of equipments that are decided to be be renewed because of corrosion problems. Carrying on technical evaluation of proposals and material pre-approval inspection jobs. • Qualification of Welding Procedures and Welders according to ASME Sec. IX. • Inspection of all ongoing welding, insulation, painting, surface preparation and coating issues in Refinery. • Member of RBI (Risk Based Inspection) workshops as RBI Facilitator or Plant Inspector. • Member of DEM (Defect Elimination Method) workshops as Materials and Corrosion Supervisor. • Knowledge and handling of ASTM, API, ASME, EN and NACE standards • Competency in PMI, Vacuum and Hardness Testing • Responsible for preparing inspection test packages, keeping inspection records, planning/executing of shutdown and turnaround inspection activities
