With over fifteen years of experience as a business and legal consultant, I have successfully led the establishment and management of seven energy billing companies across diverse regions, serving a collective base of 700,000 consumers. My extensive expertise includes ensuring rigorous adherence to regulatory compliance standards within the energy sector.I have orchestrated the development and implementation of an advanced data integration system, which facilitates the seamless flow of information from various energy meters into our billing infrastructure. This system was designed and operated in strict compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and security in our billing processes.Directing the project of Billing and Cash Collection in 2016-2022, I've led diverse teams encompassing lawyers, energy and utility traders, and programmers. A significant portion of my responsibilities was ensuring compliance and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures with private customers, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. This encompassed every aspect of the project, from collecting data from various energy meters (including electricity, cold and hot water, and heat) to billing consumers in condominiums and companies.Additionally, I actively managed Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures throughout the debt recovery processes, including legal actions against debtors and resolution of various fraud instances. These responsibilities required meticulous attention to detail and a firm commitment to upholding legal and regulatory standards.
