Key Responsibilities:• Maintain Business Relationships: Cultivate and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through various methods such as phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and other forms of communication. Ensure client satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service and addressing client needs promptly and effectively.• Conduct Research: Spend significant time conducting comprehensive research on market insights, business opportunities, industry trends, competing organizations, customer demographics, new technologies, and more. Regularly update this information to stay abreast of the latest developments in the industry.• Interpret Data: Analyze research findings to determine their implications for the company. Identify which areas of the company might be affected and predict potential positive and negative outcomes of any proposed changes. Use analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.• Make Recommendations: Develop and propose actionable recommendations based on research findings. Draft detailed proposals and present them to higher-level staff, such as the Business Development Director, outlining suggested courses of action and expected impacts.• Keep Records: Maintain and track detailed records of company performance metrics, client connections, client retention rates, customer retention rates, and financial data. Use these records to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to existing procedures and strategies. Ensure all data is accurately documented and easily accessible for long-term use.
