-Taught Physical Education and Health course to 9-12 grade students both in person and online-Implemented online athletic clearance system for all middle school and high school athletes to transition from paper to the new Home-Campus platform that is endorsed by the CIF.-Processing paperwork related to student-athlete clearance and CIF eligibility.-Prepared Memoranda for coaches, parents, and students, on behalf of the Athletics Department-Made routine decisions based on rules and procedure associated with the LA Archdiocese (LAA) and the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF).-Answer phone calls and return emails for the athletic department.-Conducted athletic interviews for hiring new coaches and evaluating current coaches-Conducting parent and student meetings to resolve any athletics issues and working with the school counselor and/or Principal to find a solution-Athlete data collection and input onto Excel spreadsheets.-Generate reports for Administration and finance departments-Creating budgets for the athletics department and conducting fundraisers to lower costs in the department-Created certificates for to honor all athletes for each end of season banquet.-Submitted rosters routinely to coaches and staff for efficient release and departure times for off campus games-Identify and recruit volunteers able to assist with the athletics booster club-Coordinated and requested game officials for various sports.
