Current•Responsible for the overall planning, administration, and implementation of the Child and Adult Care Food Program and provide nutrition services for the Head Start and Early Head Start programs.•Directly managed a team of 20 to successfully produce and delivery 5,000 meals a day to over 60 Head Start locations across San Diego•Operated and managed several food production softwares such as CBORD Horizon & PrepnPrint to streamline operations in a commercial kitchen•Lead instructor for culinary classes offered to Head Start parents. These classes focused in food finance, basic nutrition knowledge, and culinary techniques.•Provided modified meals to 200 Head Start children who have food allergies or needed modified textured foods.
