• Works closely with training providers to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties.• Responsible for ongoing project updates with the beneficiary companies, Training providers and Project Manager.• Considers the cost of planned programs and keep within budgets: assessing the return on investment of any training or development program.• Monitors and reviews the progress of trainees by using questionnaires and through discussions with companies' managers.• Ensures that statutory project requirements are met.• Review and prepare accounts payable to providers • Maintains provider contracts/processes and documents change requests• Monitors project scope, schedule and budget and reports deviations and makes recommendations to the Project Manager to stay on course.• The use of marketing tools and does the implementation of marketing services in companies.
