Sports Boulevard ProjectResponsibilities in the Procurement:- Prepare and manage the procurement process for the sports boulevard project.- Create and deliver Request for Proposal (RFP) documents for the project. - Develop and maintain a procurement dashboard to monitor and track all procurement activities related to the project. - Establish and improve a standard RFP template for future projects. - Ensure that the project schedule is followed and improved upon, where possible.Responsibilities in the Construction:- Assist the Project Manager in supervising and managing construction activities for the project.- Ensure correct work processes are implemented to ensure work completed is as per specification.- Implement safe working practices as per health and safety procedures.- Establish a report and follow up on all activities.

Al-Mashriqyia ProjectResponsibilities:- Assist the Project Manager in the supervision and management of construction activities for the project.- Assist in the planning and sequencing the construction operations according to the project plan.- Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance of all subcontractors.- Attend coordination meetings organized by clients and consultants, etc.- Establish a report and follow up on all activities.- Implementing all construction plans, following them up, and submitting them to the project consultant completely.

Al-Nayfah ProjectUnder supervision of project consultant Khatib & Alamiin structure section.- Inspection of all steel reinforcement and concrete for all structure elements in the project.- Check all structure/construction required tests (slump test, plate load test, compaction test, compressive test).- Submit weekly progress report to RAFAL representative/client Reviewing structure shop drawing.- Check the material delivery to the site and ensure it matches project specifications.- Ensure correct work processes are implemented to ensure work completed is as per specification.- Ensure adherence to or improvement on a project time schedule.- Implement safe working practices as per health and safety procedures.- Attend regular progress review meetings.

Riyadh Metro Project Responsibilities:- Inspection of construction works (columns, slabs, viaduct, etc..).- Oversee finishing works such as glass cladding and tiles..- Working with team Rail Track to inspect in line 2.- Submit weekly progress report to RCRC.- Reviewing structure shop drawing.- Attend weekly meetings with the line 2 project manager and present a presentation of progress work.
