Job Responsibilities:• Facility Management Department Representative in Eastern Region• Reporting to the program manager on the status of all ongoing projects and operations.• Following up on daily activities such as Preventive Maintenance, contractors for ongoing projects, and tenant contractors for fit-out work.• Overseeing and assessing the operation, maintenance, and landscaping of logistic center• Ensure compliance with the scope of work and participate in testing and commissioning in the handover stage.• In charge of hard services including but not limited to HVAC, firefighting systems, fire alarm systems, elevators, generators, pumps, and MEPs, UPS and ensuring the availability of spare parts.• Analyze and predict the logistic center needs in terms of facilities and services, developing and implementing plans to meet those needs cost-effectively and sustainably.• Respond to internal and external letters related to city facilities, providing clear information on time.• Train new employees in facilities management procedures and protocols, ensuring that they have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their jobs effectively.• Preparing, negotiating, and agreeing on upcoming contracts, and projects.• Managing internal and external stakeholder communication and ensuring tight relations.• Preparing requests for proposals (RFPs) for new facilities management contracts and renovation or expansion projects.• Enhance the performance of all facilities management contractors, working with them to identify and implement areas for improvement.• Insuring applying all safety requirements and extracting the required licenses.

Job Responsibilities:• Overseeing and assessing the operation, maintenance, housekeeping, and landscaping of allcity facilities and preparing periodic reports• Managing the water treatment and RO plant contractors ensuring end-user satisfaction andincreasing the income by 25%.• Examine and approve investors' electricity requests, as well as follow up with the SaudiElectricity Company.• Ensure compliance with the scope of work and participate in testing and commissioning inthe handover stage.• Reporting to the city manager on the status of all ongoing projects and operations.• Member of the follow up and canceling contract committee, and bidding analysis committee.• Analyze and predict the city's needs in terms of facilities and services, developing andimplementing plans to meet those needs cost-effectively and sustainably.• Respond to internal and external letters related to city facilities, providing clear informationon time.• Train new employees in facilities management procedures and protocols, ensuring that theyhave the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their jobs effectively.• Preparing, negotiating, and agreeing on upcoming contracts, and projects.• Managing internal and external stakeholder communication and ensuring tight relations.• Preparing requests for proposals (RFPs) for new facilities management contracts.• Enhance the performance of all facilities management contractors, working with them toidentify and implement areas for improvement.• Increase contractor performance ratings by 15% by implementing a new performancemanagement system.• A key member of the city management team and acting on behalf of the city manager duringhis leaves.• Develop and implement a budget for the facility to track spending to ensure compliance withthe budget and timeline and issue payment certificates.
