At Doumind, I lead the sales and marketing team to deliver innovative software solutions to customers across various industries, such as manufacturing, energy, and healthcare. We help them enhance their productivity and efficiency by providing customized and scalable solutions that fit their needs. I also oversee the negotiation and closing of contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. In the past seven months, we have increased our customer base by 35% and our revenue by 25%.I have a strong technical background in scada engineering, which I leveraged in my previous role as a Senior scada engineer at CDRE. There, I designed, developed, and implemented scada systems for multiple projects, using databases, problem solving, and analytical skills. I am passionate about combining my technical and business skills to create value for customers and stakeholders. That is why I am pursuing my MBA at The International Business Academy of Switzerland, where I am learning the latest concepts and practices in business administration and management.
