Responsibilities:• I work as a maintenance engineer during the shift.• Daily passage of equipment to implement the preventivemaintenance plan.• Prepare a daily report about the factory malfunctions.• Prepare a sop (stander operation procedure) for some maintenance operations per month.• Carry out a root cause analysis for frequent faults and preparing the initial report for this analysis.• Knowing the feed manufacturing cycle and the internal parts of the equipment used.• Preparing a population study for some equipment to be changed.• Preparing and implementing a professional plan for lubrication and oiling.• Supervising the implementation of a complete maintenance of the pellet machines.
