This involves determining the sequence of activities, estimating durations, and identifying dependencies.• Allocate resource requirements for the project, including manpower, equipment, and materials. • Preparing procurement plan based on time schedule and tracking long lead items with procurement team.• Tracking project progress against the planned schedule and milestones. • Analyzing project performance metrics, such as earned value and providing insights and recommendations to optimize project performance.• Set monthly target and look ahead schedule including budget costs, quantities and Shop drawings and updated them on a weekly basis.• Preparing weekly / Monthly regular progress reports, status updates, and presentations for project managers, and top management. • Identify area of concern and record delayed activities and taking corrective actions as needed.• Create revised & recovery schedule for the project as per status.• Assist in preparing Claims by Identify delay events & preparing delay Analysis.
