Managing the Talent Acquisition function across different locations (UK-UAE-KSA-Egypt-Singapore).- Responsible for guiding and giving full information for the selected employees to socialize shortly with the environment.- Participating in the budget allocation for the welcoming program for new selected employees.- Identifying the company philosophy on recruitment & selection.- Ensuring a proactive planning mode for the recruitment as well as reacting to immediate replacement & new job openings.- Managing the mobility of Candidates between different company locations or different clients.- Overseeing all the technical assessment & implementing the personality assessment processes.- Managing the creation of the competency framework & the technical skills required to be assessed during the recruitment process.- Participating in evaluating & benchmarking the global market salary packages toensure our company is developing the pay scale to match the international & global rates.- Managing & overseeing the whole process of salary negotiations & the job agreement issuance.- Managing a team of 4 members.- Digitalizing the Talent Acquisition function to ensure delivering significant candidate experience.- Maintaining relations with the company client’s stakeholders.- Participating & managing the kickoff meetings with the client’s technical committees to identify the manpower needs and the required set of competencies to ensure the best quality of the resources.
