- Manage Cisco Meraki Network.- Manage SharePoint folders.- Addresses employee-reported IT issues in a professional and courteous manner over the phone, via email, and in person in the whole Chemonics Iraq/DCEO.- Serves as the primary point of contact through the entire IT incident lifecycle - from the first point of contact through to resolution, proactively keeping the end-user informed of progress.- Provides support to end-user applications in the Windows 10 / 11 environment such as Microsoft Office 365 and other applications employees may use for their daily work.- Configures laptops and sets up computers and enroll them to Azure Endpoint manager for new employees.- Inspects newly purchased laptops, mobile phones, and other IT hardware such as monitors, etc.- Identifies and troubleshoots printer or laptop hardware issues.- Identifies patterns of issues.- Troubleshoot internet connections and network equipment.- Run regular internet test to verify connection speed and bandwidth.- Running local network cables if need extra cable in the LAN.- Maintains a complete and accurate tracker with a record of all issues reported and the outcome.- Supports with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.- Present Onboarding Orientation and create Guidelines for new services.- Manage Outlook DLs and groups through Endpoint .- Deploy Windows/Android apps through Endpoint.
