Bahrain Polytechnic I am responsible for the day-to-day operations of the institution overseeing the Finance & Procurement, Human Resources, Information & Communication Technology, Projects & Facilities Maintenance, and Security Services Departments. My core function is to ensure that resources are used in the most efficient of ways that most effectively advance the approved mission and strategic plans of the institution in an agile and effective manner. I am part of the executive management team driving a new 10 Year Strategy for Bahrain Polytechnic (2023-2033) to see it deliver a new Master Plan to renovate and refurbish the existing 2 campuses in Isa Town, as well as open new satellite locations across the Kingdom of Bahrain and see the overall growth of students enrolled reach +22,000.***GeneralI have over twenty-one years’ experience in multiple disciplines spanning across various sectors, including aviation management, strategic planning, commercial negotiation and management, revenue creation and diversification, real estate development, as well as training and higher education, project and contract management. I continues to build and cultivate a network of relationships related to education and training, aviation entities, investment companies/banks, GCC government/military/ VVIP operations, and related enterprises in the MENA & India Sub-Continent regions. Besides my work experiences and skills, I am very apt at cross-cultural communications and relationships building.
