My main responsibilities include:• Finished Products, Raw materials (including Micro-Analysis) and Packaging materials Analysis per SOPs governing the operation. • Assist, Implement Q.C and Food Safety standards (ISO 22000) as per COCA-COLA standards at for getting best quality finished product.• Control and check all the terms of quality of the product such as beverage, water, CO2 entre production lines.• Compare the result of finished product after chemical laboratory test with the international standards. • Improvement of syrup yield in accordance with the requirements of quality. • Analyzing and resolving daily quality problems aroused while continuous production and reporting all quality parameters regularly.• Follow-up and Validation of CIP on daily basis.• Shelf Life Study of finished product stored at ambient environment conditions.• Carry out the entire test on the actual quality of the product.• Perform Quality Testes Use Lab Analytical Devices Such As titration, net content, Brix Meter, PH Meter, Cap Torque Tester, Secure Seal Tester, Top Load, Organoleptic Tests of Finished Products to Ensure Acceptance to standards test, Eye Appeal, Odor.• Monitor Packaging to Ensure Correct Label, Date Coding, and Correct Packaging is Being Followed.• Maintain GMP PERFORMING ON ALL THE SITE AREA.• Troubleshoot and RESOLVE PROBLEMS RELATING TO QUALITY CONTROL ASPECTS.• Work With Production and Warehouse to Control, Maintain, and Improve the Handling and Storage.• Implementation of a good manufacturing practices (GMP ).• Calibration of Instruments.• Chemical Solutions preparations & standardizations.• Carry out all require tests for water packed ( Physio – Chemicals analysis )• Implementing sustained 6S in Laboratory.
