➢ Follow up the procedures of the company & making sure it's done upon the last updates.➢ Review customer statements, follow up on their accounts (shares, amounts) and amounts due's collection to be settled with the Kuwait Clearing Company.➢ Follow-up of all forwards contracts for clients, including maturity, early payment, renewal of contracts, and follow-up of prices for contract termination,➢ Bonus shares, dividends, capital deduction, capital increase, quarterly profits for the shares and dividends, their effects on the shares or whether it's forward contract normal shares.➢ The historical cost of the shares, considering the dividends received or any other previous effects done on the shares.➢ Special settlements for clients, whether shares, amounts, extracting and adding shares certificates➢ Follow up the procedures, accounts statements of the unlisted shares (OTC) in the market with thetrading management for doing external contract.➢ Calculating commissions for unlisted Shares transaction (OTC), follow up their collection to be delivered or deposited at our company bank account.➢ Follow up of incoming, outgoing checks from the Kuwait Clearing Company.➢ Answer customer inquiries, whether in their personal attendance or via the company's phone.➢ Opening electronic trading accounts for clients, explain the method of trading.➢ Standard Trading Contracts for new clients, making sure it's renewed and updated.➢ Clients' data Entering (Standard Trading Contracts) on the company's system
