Act as the main contact point for all documentation activities for the completion of Employee’s Medical Commission, CID, Immigration, E-government, Traffic Department applications, Embassies, Ministries and other Official Government bodies.• Process and follows up the issuance, renewal, cancellation of visas and work permits for the employees, and their families.• Coordinate with Government Relation coordinators to issue business\official visas for the company guests and its employee’s dependents.• Draft\fill Arabic and English form required for the Government procedures.• Keep records of all activities made by the section staff, assigned tasks and requested services for the management report on weekly and monthly basis.• Monitor licences and insurance permits of the company’s vehicles and assure its renewal on timely basis.• Report traffic accidents related to the Company’s transportation\cars to The Traffic Department and follows up its results and maintenance. • Organize, coordinates and follows up the attestation of all documents at Government Authorities.• Maintain regular update to the employees and other section’s heads for the requested services through our team.
