Responsible for managing and leading the construction team through the entire construction process from inception to final completion.

Projects:  Women maternity 300 Bed Hospital Dohuk Iraq 43, 000m². The hospital is a 6-story facility with a total build-up area of 42,000 sq m. The facility encompass 300 patient beds and emergency beds including an emergency department, day hospital, surgical suits, inpatient and outpatient clinics, intensive care unit, and kitchen, laundry & electro-mechanical services. AMC 120 bed long stay Hospital Riyadh KSA 26, 000m².Seven story building encompassing operation rooms, 120 ICU rooms , CCU rooms, examination rooms, diagnostic, treatment, laboratories, separate rehabilitation center for male and female offices, coffee shop, gift shop, storages administration, kitchen parking, mortuary, 50 staff residence rooms, sporting areas and utilities buildingDuties & responsibilities • Review and approve major revisions to Architectural drawings at Concept throw Tender stage.• Develop Concept Design solutions for projects• Provide general design guidance and expertise. Ensure consistency of design ideas • Lead client and team of designers and junior architects throughout the project • Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.• Adapt building codes and oversee project range, budgets, schedules and client expectations• Provide value engineering solutions and provide recommendations to project teams.• Managing all discipline leads to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in the design process.• Asst in preparation and review of BOQ’s, Design changes.• Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.• Organize & lead weekly design meeting.

Design and prepare workshop drawings for the new operation suit contains 4 to11 typical operation rooms according to the latest international standards the building contains all room’s supporting services.Burn Hospital 200 Bed Sulaymania / Iraq. 27,000m². Eight story project design a hospital specialized in burn and cosmetic procedures, consisting of a ground floor and three duplicate floors including hospital and operating rooms services, hospital furniture and all hospital requirements. In addition to external park, sidewalks, umbrellas, gardens, entrances and exits of the project.Duties & responsibilities • Follow up constriction work with site engineers to finish project as per plan.• Preparation and project development designs.• Direct coordination with the heads of engineering disciplines within the company (Structural) and outside (Mechanical and Electrical).• Distribution of tasks and the daily business of the engineers and the follow-up work.• Check all the plans and documents that accomplish within the company's before being presented to direct administrator• Any other things within the specialization and career title and what it takes to work at the discretion of the employer.
