JOB PURPOSE:Plans and directs the Company’s Field sales operations, developing and implementing overall Field Sales strategy and ensure compliance of marketing and medical ethics in order to achieve sales and market share objectives.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Proposes, develops, implements and monitors Field Sales objectives in the given region in consistent with overall company strategy and manage Area Managers operations in order to achieve annual sales volume and distribution targets within agreed selling cost budgets. •Implement sales structure, planning and control systems within the region and monitors, leads and motivates regional sales team, and implement remedial plans where appropriate.•Liaises with Marketing and national accounts to ensure field sales activities are complementary and participate in the preparation of overall sales strategies and annual business planJob description •At regional level, regularly analyze sales performance and design appropriate corrective actions and ensure coordination of all activities ( calls, PR activities, grants, congresses, invitations, HQ visits…) for all involved company personnel.•Ensure implementation of internal procedures, policies and best practices and judicious use of A&P budget to maximize business.•Develop and maintain professional network in the territory and maintain / update product and competition knowledge and builds and maintains good relationships with trade, KOL personnel.•Report any relevant information to HQ(market and competition, pharmacovigilance…) monitor market share development and implement targeting & profiling to ensure adequate coverage of potential customer base.
