Planned and organized workspace for pilot projects involved in NSW Circular Economy to complete tasks within the deadline. Developed materials database and performed stock updates on all materials using Microsoft SharePoint. Devised and deployed effective production plan of projects for industries, encompassing TES-AMM and Mirvac. • Perform heat treatment of various samples in horizontal tube furnace and develop ZnO-MnO composites.• Prepare conductive ink from the composites and fabricate electrodes as an anode for batteries.• Evaluate and obtain optimum electrochemical performance of electrodes using Potentiostat.• Handling and working with liquid nitrogen to determine the BET pore size distribution of various samples.• Adjust a suitable formulation and increase panel properties to meet the industrial benchmark.• Perform quality inspection of the final products.
