●Act as a country chapter leader of the Lazord Fellowship for civic leadership.●Participate in the strategic planning and day-to- day planning and implementation of the fellowship. ●Managing the Lazord budget and preparing proposals/reports to partners and/or donors. ●Selecting fellows and host organizations selection processes, including screening and scoring applicants and tracking applications. ●Supporting the fellows throughout the year for a smooth placement process as well as support for the end of year assignment. ●Outreach to different stakeholders including, but not limited to, trainers, mentors, supervisors, alumni and civil society actors.

● Carries out background research on the advancements in the development field, and analyzes potential course topics, and drafts concept notes, accordingly, for the introduction of new courses at the capacity building unit. Monitors the implementation of the courses, collects feedback surveys from courses' participants and analyzes findings to report any quality issues, and further develops the courses. ● Leads the outreach efforts and manages communication with trainers and participants. Manages internal and external training logistics including virtual sessions. ● Develops documentation, resources, and written materials relating to the training programs, including manuals development, updates, use, and refreshes, standard operating procedures, and workshop materials to support consistent quality assurance.

● Enhanced the documentation and knowledge management including database building, collecting, organizing data, and contracting documents for four projects.● Strategically planned and implemented all logistical activities (pre, during, and post) for all civic engagement unity projects’ including retreats, field visits, camps, and workshops through collaborating with several units within the Gerhart Center. ● Acted as a focal point between the communication unit and civic engagement unit to develop communication plans for the civic engagement programs and projects. ● Assisted the Program Specialists in implementing the programs’ activities, outreach, field visits, project management, interviews,retreats, workshops and sessions.

●Developed the action plan for the Triple Effect project and led the implementation of blood campaigns at universities and liaising with the National Blood Bank leading to a 30% in size of operations with corporates and universities. ●Worked as the main focal point between the national blood bank, private sector and public & private universities. ● Designed a training manual and facilitated +5 TOT sessions for over 70 university students to ensure the consistency of the implementation in the khadra project. ● Designed, planned, and facilitated awareness sessions about blood donation and pressing health issues in Egypt for Blood champions in more than 20 companies and 23 universities, coordinating with CSR departments, startups, and universities’ administration as well as securing clearances and needed governmental approvals. ● Assisted the program manager in the documentation, administrative and financial affairs, and finalized the financial settlements for the Takatof foundation, and managed communications with the financial auditor.
