Managing all the company Commercial Assets installations and maintenances (fridges, draught systems, shop signs, visibility & spare parts) as well as local asset innovations, in addition to guiding and coordinating the effective sourcing and distribution of equipment, in order to ensure efficient preventive and corrective maintenance to ultimately achieve the highest level of quality, availability and sustained freshness

• Coordinate fridge/draught operations across all regions• Ensure execution of Preventive and Corrective maintenance by team• Coordinate distribution of commercial assets in line with strategic and distribution plan• Optimize processes in the market to ensure maximum efficiency of service executed by his team• Creating all oder for spare parts and new Asset purchases and follow up with purchasing and supplier• Manage warehouse supervisors in the region and follow up on their daily tasks• Monitor all Spare Parts and consumables by technicians• Ensure spare parts availability and re-ordering (draughts and fridges) and distributing it across all the regions• Meet with suppliers to overlook new business channels for asset innovations• Frequently travel around the region for back check on teams and their performance• Assist the Commercial Equipment Manager with the market operations and policies.

- Follow up & control on the fleet within SAP-FM for truck/FLT for Sales & Plants.- Follow up & control on maintenance cost which entered by CSM per WH for Sales & Plants.- Dealing with New/Old suppliers for the fleet maintenance.- Fuel/Maintenance reports for sales trucks/forklifts- PRs for any new Trucks, FLT, tires or FLT spare parts for Sales & Plants- Fuel Project for TOTAL Gas station.
