Sector Two: the second section of Bridges Company is constructed of a fully separate unit aiming at offering a variety of internal development services for real estate companies, through performing the following functions: 1) Aqar Academy:A specialized real estate training unit providing training services for companies and individuals working within the real estate industry or interested to be part of it. A package of educational diplomas and professional training courses covering 8 specialized real estate tracks are offered, with further depth, specialization and consideration to the different managerial levels within companies.Training tracks such as real estate marketing and sales, brokerage, valuation, real estate business language are included, in partnership with 3 international specialized academies. 2) Aqar Tawzeef (Employment).3) Aqar Consultancy.4) Aqar Media.5) Aqar Pro.A specialized entity offering real estate consultancies for individuals and new comer investors .Mr. Osama Al-Dalhamawy manages the business affairs of Bridges Company, with its two major sectors, leading through this a specialized teamwork and numerous influential partnerships for the purpose of providing an elegant service, in a typical time frame, with a competitive price, through 3 locations in New Cairo city.

 Enhanced the marketing & sales for the company products all over the world through: planning and executing marketing/sales programs, categorizing marketing channels by revenue stream, organizing and conducting staff training, delivering product and sales licensing/product presentations, and organizing joint marketing activities with dealers/agents and tracking dealer/agent's sales revenue. Developed distributors through: managing distributors’ inventory (stock level, stocking appropriate quantities, and stock rotation/balancing), operations, and finance, sales people training, setting distributors targets. Established and leveraged the direct/indirect marketing & sales model of custom-made/tailored applications, covering the Middle East through and working with different types of clients.  Evaluated market reactions to advertising programs, merchandising policy, and product packaging and formulation to ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.  Recommended changes in basic structure and organization of marketing group to ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives assigned to it and provide the flexibility to move swiftly in relation to marketing problems and opportunities.  Shared in establishing and increasing a new distributors network in the previous markets.   Exhibited in biggest exhibitions all over Arabic region. Achieved company target over 90% until now and met assigned revenue target. Shared in increasing company market share. Found new opportunities and chances for the company that is supported it to continue and grow. Developed and implemented marketing plans and programs, both short and long terms, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company services.  Planned, directed, and coordinated the international marketing & sales of the company products & services by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
