• Complete month-end processes for ecommerce operations according to standard operating procedures• Maintain the AR and AP ledger of e-com operations and ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted on GL• Reconcile 3PL and last mile providers reporting and billing• Reconcile marketplace sales reports vs ERP system and validate marketplace commission calculation• Process and reconcile credit notes issued to brand partners and marketplace• Review and verify any disparities involving billing issues• Run and balance e-com operations AR and AP transactions• Generate financial statements and reports detailing AR/AP status• Coordinate with treasury team and ensure payments of invoices is done as per agreement with marketplace, 3PL and last mile providers• Communicate with internal and external stakeholder and work to resolve issues and requests in a timely and efficient manner
