•14 years of exp. in the field, includes Interior design, consultation, site supervision, Kitchens designs, Projects Management and Design Team Management.•Deputy to the Managing Director & Founder for Design and Team Management affairs.•Managing a team of 26 Interior Designers & Architects, FF&E team of 4, Graphic Designer, Marketing Specialist & Office Admins.•Initiating with creative ideas and translating it into design phases and detailed dwgs. Coordinating with consultants and contractors also takes place in order to ensure proper implementation of designs on site till project's final handover, including:o Meeting the client and understanding the requirements.o Translating client's requirements into a contract with a detailed technical scope of work that fulfils those requirements.o Sending RFPs to the outsourced various consultants acc. to the requested scope of work.o Coordination with the financial team to ensure the financial proposal is finalized & sent along with the technical proposal.o Review outsourced consultants technical and financial proposals.o Management & review to the whole design process with the team, starting concept phase up to tender documents submission as follow:-Review & Develop project's concept, creative Ideas, layouts & proposed materials.-Review & Develop the Schematic presentation including 3d renders review, Preliminary Coordination with various consultants till finalizing the presentation & submission to the client.-Review and ensure all design development drawings details are complete, accurate, fulfilling the requirements, following the approved Schematic ppt. and in compliance with the ideal constructions & installation methods as well as finalized coordination process with all involved consultants.-Review and ensure the tender documents package submission is accurate and ready for tendering phase.• Assisting client through the tender action phase, & technical evaluation to the Contractors as well as the advice regarding the financial evaluation to the bidders.●Managing the value Engineering process with the awarded contractor .●Managing, reviewing & assisting to the project's senior through the design supervision phase, including:- Periodic site visits for snagging.- Review to the completed construction phases on site according to the final design package.-Review Contractor's abidance to the time schedule and long lead items purchasing plan.-Contactors Invoices technical review with ref. to the final BOQ & site status.-Ensure the project's handover is completed as per the final design package.
