Specified Duties- Issue Method statement in addition with ITP & Risk Assessment- Responsible for Installation, testing & commissioning for MEP services- MEP coordination with main contractor & Client- Setup quality plan for each project- Quality Reports - Responsible for raising MEP combined inspections (MEP)- Follow up inspections of receiving materials according to specs- Attending site walks to get feedback regarding progress on site- Attend meetings with main contractor to follow up progress- Following up NCR’s & SOR’s (internal & external)- Make inspection for all activities before consultant's inspectionGeneral Duties- Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications- Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met- Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers- Setting standards for quality as well as health and safety- Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards- Looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency- Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff- Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures- Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports- Making suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them- Using relevant quality tools and making sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business- Making sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors

- Responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system- Control the distribution of all quality documentation- Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customer’s representatives- Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company’s management- Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with the project bidders- Attend client quality management meetings- Action and close all customer complaints

- Quality Control from receiving row materials until Final inspection- Technical supervisor during the first installation in the field (GAS Networks)- Quality Control during all mechanical operations. (in process inspection)- Controlling all the engineering drawings (technical department)- Revising for 3.1B certificates: (chemical composition & mechanical properties)- Internal Auditor & Document Controller (ISO 9001-2000 & API spec Q1 & 6D)- Technical support for the external purchasing & stock control departments- Technical inspection for the materials using: Ultrasonic, Magnetic & HD tester devices

Quality Control (Row material–In process–Assembly & test–Final inspection).Head of the Purchasing department (import & local).Document controller for the ISO 9001-2000 certificate from TÜV Germany.
