*Job Description and Responsibilities:-Full Aware of holding total responsibility for the scope of work (Erection, Alignment, Fixation, Grouting, Repairing, Sealant, Erection Plans, Lifting Plans, Handing over Works …. Etc., and keeping along with all narrow time Schedules , and do the best to finish _erection and hand over the project at the required time or at the previously scheduled specific date or less.-Create a safety atmosphere at the work site.-Perform inspection of incoming material as per project requirement.-Give status update and Monitoring as per site condition.-Make and prepare paper works as RFI, MIR, NCR, Daily, Weekly & _Progress Reports, Which are commonly requested by the consultant and the main contractor.-Schedule material, equipment purchases, and delivery requests and check materials if it is matching with specifications or not.-Held total responsibility for many for many sites all over Saudi Arabia with excellent record of success of finishing projects at the required time schedule with rich record of supervising all precast activities such as : Double T-Slabs, Load Bearing Panels, Cladding, Boundary Walls, Beams, Columns, Hollow core and Solid Slabs, GRC, ……Etc.

-Working as a planner engineer in planning and cost control department for (Seder Construction Company).-Creating Time schedules and plans for new projects. -Updating Time schedules and plans for ingoing projects by Follow-up of the site works.
