Launched and owned the relationship between Apple (Handsets, Devices, Apple Pay, Carrier billing, Apple Music, Apple TV) and 4 regional carriers serving over 50 million customers (du UAE, STC group, VF group, Orange Group and Batelco) through a digital and agile PLM based launch management system. Implemented the first iPhone distribution model in the MENA region, Launched Apple’s channel excellence program. Implemented and standardized post launch process with the carrier sales and support teams including creating of scripts and KPIs for agents using the CRM systems.

Launched and owned the relationship between Samsung and carriers and resellers in the MEA region. Implemented a digital and Agile PLM launch process across all local offices increasing productivity and delivery velocity while reporting directly to Samsung HQ in Korea to create a post launch analysis system to track product performance and capture consumer feedback leading to winning the first B2B contract for Samsung mobile in the B2G sector.
