- Oversaw a team of 5 developers working on 3 major international client projects- Down Delegating Tasks to associates, conducting code reviews, ensuring proper GitFlow- Technical Interviews for prospective International clients and game studios, designing code architecture, managers and game logic controllers.- Preparing Weekly Sprints for developers & conducting daily scrums.- Using Project management tools to ensure project breakdown structures- Motivating the team to achieve high standards and KPI targets.- Handling all International client communication and enquiries along with deliverable meetings.- Working with the design and QA teams to keep development progress smooth.- Mentoring and training up junior and Intern developers.- Directly Involved in the recruitment of new developers, technical interviews and project allotment- Worked on multiple Unity Projects for multiple platforms such as PC,VR Oculus, Android, IOS and WebGL - Wrote extensive core logic for 3D physics, MMO RPG battle and base building game logic including player and avatar body-tracking controllers in VR.- Wrote Smart Contracts in C and Solidity for Ethereum and Solana Based NFT minting and Custom Ethereum and Sol Based Tokens- Integration of Smart Wallets, NFT Marketplaces and cryptocurrency in games.- Integration of API Endpoints and Rest APIs with familiarity with Heroku and SmartFoxServer.
