CurrentGraduated with B.A. (LLB) in the year,2004, enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi in the year 2004. 18 years of practice.This 18 years have exposed me to various dimensions of law. I have added to my ever expanding boutique : Civil law, Commercial Law with special emphasis on Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Criminal law including white and blue collar crime, Murder trial, ED & Money Laundering, Economic offences, Mediation and Arbitration Being a natural legal strategist, I have played instrumental role in the set up of businesses across borders laying policy foundation for smooth operation of the processes of the businesses in India and off shore. Off shore companies, building and driving funds in India through FDI, automatic route or with prior approval, have been served since the foundation. Vistas Film Institute project in India or SAS Aluminium in Dubai are recent illustrations. I have also achieved distinction in conflict of law being well versed with the practice and procedure of Countries, illustratively, USA, Australia,UK, UAE, Canada, Germany, Singapore. My forte in this sector found special mention when Australian Appellate Court has passed a landmark judgement of relevance affecting Indian diaspora which was reported in all major Australian Law Journal. Litigation is the fuel that runs me. Its uncertainties and thinking on feet skill never allows the passion to dwindle a bit. Cross examination though demand industry brings the combine of thinking 360 degree with skills to judge the witness is a fascinating facet. Learning never stops here. ANZ LAWZ, is being managed and steered by me as a Managing Partner that is harnessing on the different branches of law with a strong team, resolute procesess and great culture. My legal views have found expression in the TIME, The Washington Post, the Wallstreet Journal in international Media.
