Purpose of the job: Ensuring optimal conditions only for the CSi Group travelling employees.Tasks and responsibilities:- Make all travel arrangements for employees travelling for work/ business purposes;- Prepare necessary documents for delegations ( For example: travel form, flights, rental car, hotel, visas... etc)- Booking reservations for accommodation, flights, car rentals or other means of transport;- Identifies and apply, for CSi Romania employees, special conditions for travel, taking into account the destination country's particular regulations (custom rules, passport, visas, insurance or certificates of vaccination)- Make sure all booking are complete and accurate;- Identifies, in collaboration with external suppliers if necessary, multiple travel options and further I present them to employees and their supervisors, in order to optimize travel costs;- Keep accurate, timely and complete records of delegations in the Travel Report;- Check the invoices in Read Soft;- Provide solutions to travel related problems that employees experience during their delegation, including to emergency situations;- In the case of corporate events hosted by CSi, I make all the necessary arrangements on request;Achievements- April 2015 went to Hispack Exhibition in Barcelona together with our commissioning engineers and sales team;- October 2015 organized the event: 10 years of CSi Romania and PAC opening in Cluj;- June 2016 supporter at the CSi Football championship;- November 2016 participate at an Excel course offerd by the company;- May 2016 and April 2017 organized PAC International Meeting in Cluj and in October 2017 also in Holland;- May 2017 change my possition from working for Romania colleagues to work with the Netherland, Mexico, USA and China subsydiaries;- May - June 2017 trainned my new colleague;- Occasionally involved in organizing the company parties;- Each year taking part on the charity Christmas event organized by our company;
