Responsible for enabling the sale of ANZ Wealth to Zurich & IOOF ($500million total program of work) by managing a support office for the Customer Stream program to ensure alignment of standards and compliance of the program with agreed governance, policies and processes; manage tracking of costs and benefits and support for the end-to-end delivery of the program. Responsible for a $55million budget across 4 streams of work and indirect oversight of 110+ resources across the program.

Responsible for the end to end project management and implementation of multiple streams of work for digital workflow products and systems enhancements within the Oceania and Asian regions across all division within ANZ which impacted 3,000+ users. Managed an operational budget of $4million with 8 Direct Reports and providing strategic guidance to 20 indirect reports across Bangalore, Auckland and Singapore.

Accountable for driving 5 process transformation projects across ANZ by using Agile methods to design and deliver a workflow-based business solution. The $130 million program was initiated to help deliver upon the Global Services and Operations (GSO) strategic aspiration to become the Operations backbone of a Super Regional Bank and succeed in: providing outstanding customer experience; efficiently enabling business growth, and leveraging ANZ's global scale and Hubs infrastructure.

Responsible for enabling Sensis to rollout a large-scale Digital transformation program of work through the development and execution of effective business change management strategies and process improvement/re-engineering activities.
