As a Project Manager at Star Line Technical Services LLC, I manage and coordinate the project work among the stakeholders, involving in the goal setting, budgeting, and scheduling of the tasks. I also mentor and lead the internal engineering team to deliver the design work as per the agreed standards and deadlines. I have documented experience in multiple phases of the design, from preliminary studies to construction and detailing.I am also a Director and a founder of my own company, where I am involved in all the aspects of the business, such as management, marketing, permits, and licenses. I have a keen knowledge and experience in building designing, quantity surveying, cost analysis, pre-bid and post-bid for contracts, structural analysis, interior designing, 3D modelling, and rendering. I have successfully completed several projects for clients in different sectors, such as agriculture, infrastructure, and hospitality.I graduated from University of Peradeniya with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2018, and I hold several professional certifications and memberships, such as Associate Member of Institute of Engineers in Sri Lanka, Member of Institution of Civil Engineers, and Civil Engineer of Engineering Council of Sri Lanka. I am skilled in consulting engineering, project planning, and Oracle Primavera. I am a dynamic, team-spirited, and performance-driven engineering professional, who is passionate about solving problems and creating innovative solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the clients and the users. I am always eager to learn new ideas and concepts, and to work collaboratively with other professionals and stakeholders. My goal is to contribute to the development and improvement of the built environment and the society.
