I have extensive experience as a department and section manager with responsibility for overall business and technical strategy, roadmaps, portfolio and project management, off-shoring, budgeting, scaled agile implementation and agile team coaching.My major career deliveries includes long lived multi-country corporate web-platforms and multiple award winning and industry leading mobile applications. I have broad experience bulding highly effective and cross-functional development teams including as lead on setting up a successful off-shored software development center. I have worked extensively with agile methodologies from serving as scrum master to implementing portfolio level SAFe based scaled agile delivery frameworks for HW/SW projects.I thrive on coaching and leading teams of highly skilled people working together to deliver great products that provide real value to customers and businesses.
